    Yoga in Nature | For the Iranian Community  ‍♀️

    A gentle outdoor yoga session designed to relax the body and calm the mind.


    In this class, through slow stretching movements, mindful breathing, and being present in the moment, we give the body a chance to release tension and restore its energy.

    This class is suitable for all ages and all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required.

    Date:  Friday, June 26, 6:30 - 7:30 PM

    Led and instructed by Ms. Hasti Azimi.


    Important notes: 

    1. Event is donation based but RSVP is required for all attendees.
    2. RSVP by Thursday, June 25th.
    3. Maximum class capacity is 20.
    4. Please bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water.

    AIAP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization. Membership fees, sponsorships and your generous donations are the only supporting fund AIAP receives.
