You are invited to attend AIAP's 17th Annual
Picnic & Member Appreciation Day on SUNDAY, AUGUST 15, 2010
Our Picnic will be at the beautiful Mission Bay Park. It is
free to our paid members with only an RSVP required. This is
our way of saying "Thank You" for being a loyal member of AIAP
and contributing to your community.
The picnic will include: Persian food catered by Balboa International
Market and activities such as volleyball, backgammon tournament,
games for adults and children, and much more. The backgammon
tournament is $5 to enter, and is limited to the first 16 people
who sign up starting at 1:00 p.m. The top two contestants will
receive a prize.
If it is possible, please bring your backgammon set with you
if you plan to participate in the backgammon tournament. In
addition, for your own comfort, please bring chairs, blankets
and any other personal item you may need in a picnic area.
Please note, this picnic is FREE to Members only with RSVP.
The deadline for RSVP is August 12, 2010
at 12:00 PM.

Time: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. & Lunch will be served at
2:00 p.m.
Place and direction:
Mission Bay, E Mission Dr, South of Visitor Info Center, San
Diego CA, 92109
From I-5 South, take exit 22 toward Mission Bay Dr; turn left
at Clairemont Dr, then turn left at E Mission Bay Dr. The gathering
place in about 0.3 mile on right.
Admission/Lunch:
Free - Two (2) free tickets for "Family" Membership with
RSVP
Free - One (1) free ticket for "Professional" Membership with
RSVP
$15 - Member's immediate family (spouse & children over 10)
$20 - Non-Members with RSVP
$8 - Children 5 to 10 years old with RSVP
(No Lunch/Accommodation for people without RSVP.)
