AIAP's 15th Annual Picnic

Our 15th Annual Picnic will be at the beautiful Mission Bay Park. It is FREE TO OUR PAID MEMBERS. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for being a loyal member of AIAP and contributing to your community.

Picnic will include: Catered Persian food, drink, volleyball, backgammon tournament, games for adults and children, and Pinata. Backgammon tournament is $5 to enter, and is limited to first 16-people. Admission is based on first come first serve basis, starting at 1:00 p.m.. The top three contestants get prizes.

(Over 10 years old is considered "adult" from the FEE standpoint.)

It is extremely important to RSVP so we can order the food

accordingly. RSVP has to be done by August 13, 2008.  

No RSVP is accepted after August 13, 2008.

Or, RSVP by sending an email to admin@aiap.org, specifying your name, number of people attending. Please specify number of adults and children in your party.  AIAP will send you a confirmation with the amount due if any.
