Scott Peters, represents the 52nd Congressional District. It includes Carmel Valley, La Jolla, Point Loma, Downtown San Diego, Poway and Coronado. Peters is running for re-election in 2016. Doug Applegate, the Democratic candidate for the 49th Congressional District California's 49th congressional district is currently represented by Republican Darrell Issa. The district covers the northern coastal areas of San Diego County, including Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad and Encinitas, as well as a small portion of southern Orange County. Second Presetntation: Drug Problem: Myths and Realities
This presentation investigates a historical approach to Iran drug policy making v.s. world, details the facts v.s. myths about drug abuse in Iran, and reviews economical perspective of Iran drug market. Speech in Persian.
Mohammad Binazadehis an addiction specialist, mental health therapist, substance abuse counselor and research expert in Iran. Dr. Banizadeh is the recipient of Presidential Medal of Honor (State of Iran in 2010 for Drug Policy Research). Recipient of the Text Book of the year award (State of Iran in 2011 for comprehensive textbook of Drug Abuse Treatment which is currently used as Text Book at Tehran and other Medical Schools in IRAN). He is a professor at Tehran University Medical School.
