Pardis Memar

Vice Chairperson

I was born in Kermanshah, Iran in 1971. I finished my Bachelor's Degree in 1995 in Nursing-Midwifery.

After graduating, I worked in the Ministry of Health as the expert in Mother & Child Health in the Family Health department for 2 years. I held 4 workshops and 2 seminars with the topic of high-risk pregnancies and family planning. I published and distributed the first pamphlet in Breast cancer for all the Health Houses over the country.

I moved to the United States in 1997 and have been working as an accountant since then. I took several related courses at UCSD and right now I am planning on going to the graduate school.

I have been an active member of House Of Iran for 3 years and been in the board of directory for the past 2 years as a delegate. I've been participating in all the meetings and activities in Now-rouz and Christmas on Prado.

I've been a member of AIAP for the past 3 years and would like to offer my help toward their interest. I have always been willing to make an effort in improving the Iranian community and have a lot of pride for my country.
